About Freddy

By men. For men.

Freddy - Founder of Mensthetic
Freddy - Founder & Practitioner

I'm Freddy, 35 years old – former member of various federal agencies at home and abroad, bodyguard, and security consultant.

Early on I learned to take responsibility – for others, for situations where it's about seconds and lives. These experiences shaped me: discipline, precision and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Today I'm a practitioner for aesthetic and functional medicine and founder of Mensthetic – a place where men are treated as equals.

In addition to my work in aesthetics, I continue to work as a paramedic and instructor for tactical emergency medicine, where I train doctors, military personnel and police special forces.

I've seen how men age because they perform day after day, carry responsibility and often push themselves to their limits. I was one of them too – physically strong, but marked over the years by stress, deployments and shift work.

In my early 30s I realized: Anti-aging has nothing to do with vanity – but with self-respect.

Mensthetic was born from this conviction. A place where men understand that care and aesthetics are not a contradiction to strength – but their complement.

With me you don't just get an aesthetic practitioner, but someone who knows what your everyday life feels like. A comrade, a professional, a friend who speaks your language – and who helps you get the best out of yourself: medically, aesthetically and humanly.
